VPN error: encryption failure

Using NG FP1.

I am getting an error in the log when my remove clients connect via the VPN:

encryption failure: Mismatch in encryption rule configuration

Any ideas? My clients are connecting via SecureClient. I have not made any changes or upgrades. AJ
