VPN Error 1030

Has anyone ever heard of this error. I connect to our Network through a Citrix Server after authenticating through SecureRemote 4.0 using SecureID. All works well but after several minutes I receive this error: VPN Error 1030: Protocol Driver Error. Then I have to authenticate again. I have been unable to find that error code anywhere. I am running on Windows 2000.
