Could do with a few symptoms but my first guess would be the users' remote network has the same IP range as the corporate network.
I.e. 192.168.0.x
Which means they try to resolve servers locally on their network and not the remote.
Can you let SBS assign the ip's dynamically perhaps there's a duplication?
