Vpn connects but can't see network

Set up my VPN on XP pro. I can log onto it, but I can't access or see anything. How do I manage to get access?
Any help is app.

Some Tips
*Try to use the same workgroup name.
*use LmHost File on the client
*net use x: \\ServerName\Drivename: /user:DomainName\user
