VPN connection problem

I'm trying to set up a VPN to one remote client. The client was set up correctly. Routing seems to be correct. The problem is when I try to connect and I put in a username and password I get a error message "Account does not have permission to dial in. Thanks

Go into "Active Directory Users and Computers" and check the user "Dial-In" properties. Make sure it's set to "Allow Access."
