VPN: Connect to VPN server from internal network for testing?

Is there any weay to connect to a VPN server running on internal network from an internal client computer?

The server is running ISA 2004 and DC is SBS 2003.

Now I must make changes to ISA and call wife to connect from my home computer to my companys network LOL :D

Please advice
