Hi

Our work network is on a 192.168.1.0 subnet, we have a VPN router which currently works for 1 home user who uses an ADSL Modem.

We now have another home user who has an ADSL router at home also on a 192.168.1.0 network.

The user can connect to the VPN but timeouts on pings and cannot access any network machines.

Is it possible for this to work or does the home user need to change their subnet.

Thanks
B

Easy answer: Have home user change their subnet

Hard Answer: Have user update their local route table after connected and delete the 192.168.1.0 route and then add the route back with the gateway set as the VPN IP address.
