VPN client gets 718

I have Cisco VPN client 4.03 (D) installed on an XP SP1 machine. Recently re-installed all SW, starting with the OS. After that, VPN connectivity ceased, I don't even get the logon window. Running Zone Alarm Pro, I configured it to let ipsecdialer and vpngui to access the net, even as a server. I tried disabling ZA, same result, keep getting Function Createfile failed error code 718.

Identical SW installed on another XP SP1 machine, here I succeed.

Re-installed both Zone Alarm and Cisco VPN, that did the trick. Strange, since I just did that. Anyway, now it works.
