vpn client can not map drive

I have ISA 2004 enterprise on w2k3 server. I can ping internal servers and it resolves to their names so it appears that DNS is working ok. I can not map drives to any of the servers. The clients are secure-nat and web proxy clients. I believe that there is an access rule that I don't have yet, but I don't know what that would be. Can anyone help?
