vpn cisco 1811 connect but i cant reach the other side

Hi all
i installed an router to make a vpn with ipsec.
the tunnel is connected,
HCro-01#sh crypto isakmp sa
IPv4 Crypto ISAKMP SA
dst src state conn-id slot status
74.2.241.XXX 190.YYY.116.210 QM_IDLE 2014 0 ACTIVE
i can ping the router inside interface (10.0.1.1)
but i have a machine at the inside lan, but i cant ping throgh the vpn
