VPN between v6.0 and v6.5

I have one location running v6.0 of Axent Raptor and one running v6.5. When both locations were on v6.0 we had a successful VPN running between the two locations. For whatever reason, the tunnel no longer works.

Is it possible to setup a VPN between different Raptor versions? Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Tech Support has said something to the effect that If I was to upgrade to 6.5 that my current VPN configuration would not work. Here is something that may clear things up. go to

http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/enterprise/

select current version from drop down
" raptor firewall"
" 6.5.0"

then use the knowledgebase to search "vpn" it should be about the ninth on the list.

I also meant to say if you look at the reviews and hole found in 6.5 you would most likely stay with 6.0.2 or move to 7.x.x

I would verify the configuration of the tunnel and make sure you have all the latest hotfixes. The tunnel should work. Stiles is right, check the knowledge base.
