I have 2 Win2K (Pro) systems that are remote from each other.
Both are connected to the ADSL (using the same ISP). Both PCs are within their own small networks. I need to connect both networks. VPN (via Windows 2000) seemed to be a reasonable solution. Comments please??
When I tried to make the connection - the "incoming connections" wizard (within 'network & dial-up connections' does not show the ADSL modem, it only shows the LPT port. When I went to a friend's W2K PC who just has a dial-up modem, the "incoming connection" wizard does show his modem.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. "Life is full of learning, and then there is wisdom"
