VPN Behind NAT

Hi,
I have a small problem.

2 offices.
One with windows server 2003 and a DG834 Net Gear ADSL Router/VPN/Firewall Device

Site office with 3 clients using same router.

Clients are one XP Profesional and 2 XP Home machines.

All surf internet etc via Router.

Clients + Server are fully Patched.

Now,
The professional Client connects to VPN and can access shared drives perfectly.
But if I try and connect another client, they both Freeze.

Each client can connect on there own, but more than one is a no go.

I thought at first it may be a NAT problem.
On returning home I used my Linksys Router and my laptop and My Machine and they both connect to VPN Fine and can access shared files fine.
And while doing this, the Client in site office can work fine also (Carried out remote admin into office to try it).

So I am now thinking it has somthing to do with the Netgear router In site office.
I have checked the Netgear website for Firmware, and it would seem one with VPN extra capabilitys has been released but it is only in BETA release at the moment.
I dont want to risk installing this at the moment, as the office is running mission critical operations at the moment which could not cope with Net down time.

Any help with this would be appreciated as to the best route to allow me to have VPN access on all the clients.

Cheers

Gekko
