Off site clients use Nortel Contivity VPN(latest version).
They can connect to our internal via the VPN but cannot get to the web. If they shut the VPN, they can get to the web.
Ay ideas?

thanx in advance

it's by design, you have to do split tunneling or configure the IE to use proxy at remote site

hmmmmm..that could make sense....but....
We have been abel to do both at any given time. And it just started happening to several people. It works for everyone else.
And of course, they say they didnt touch anything.

You may well have been able to do both at the same time. Are the users who this started happening to in the same user group on the Contivity? Split Tunneling is an option that can be enabled/disabled in each group. If it was disabled in one group, users in that group would lose the ability to access the net, while others wouldn't lose it.
