VPN and Internet problem

I am having netopia 3346N router connected to my office network. I opened a static IP from IPMAPS of router and assigned to a SERVER 2003 with VPN.

Now the problem is when I make a VPN connection from my home computer to office server 2003. My internet connection is not working.

Please Help me

I believe you need split tunneling:
