Hello.
This is happening to an user who works from home and I don't have her laptop configuration.
She is connecting to our VPN server via DSL with her Windows XP Home Edition laptop. She says everything she got the VPN connection, network drives are mapped, she goes to My Computer to access the drivers but the computer will hang from there. She had to hard reboot.
Any idea why? I search a lot sites but there seems like there's any known problem with VPN and XP. I have another user with XP Home too and she doesn't have any problem.
Where should I start the troubleshoot? I am having her look at the EventViewer and run a couple of line test for her DSL.
Thanks!
