VPN Access Lists

Using 2 pix's over ADSL, to form a secure tunnel for all traffic on 192.168.0.0 - 192.160.1.0 private networks. Our access Lists are currently configured to Permit (encrypt) ALL traffic that passes down the tunnel. However we want to allow users to have normal web access on port 80/HTTP, so in the same network range, Deny this service, so it is not encrypted. How would we do this, and what would the syntax look like for the access list?
