we have designated the dhcp server in the gui but how does the dhcp server (windows) know to server up 172.x.67.x IP address to those connecting from the outside? why does it not get 172.x.12.x?

never mind, i figured it out, the private address is 172.x.67.x which is the vlan on the switch and the dhcp scope on the server
