VPN 3000 cannot save config

We use the VPN 3000 Concentrator Web-based Manager to configure and monitor the vpn router. We are having trouble saving any changes. When we make a change and click the save button, we get an error pop-up, "Unable to Save File Write Error."

And it never saves the config. The modifications work until the router is reset(rebooted), then the changes do not stick.

Any advice?
