I have a VPN-1 Edge (v6.x.x) managed from the Firewall-1 SmartDashboard. in the SmartView Tracker, I see a connection drop by the appliance on rule -4 .. probably an implied rule, but how can I find to which rule exactly it is refering to ?

In your dashboard, go to -view- implied rules- so you can see them and look for the one that matches what you are seeing in your logs.
