MY VPN CONNECTION DROPPS EVERY TEN MINUTES FROM LONDON TO DUBLIN, I DON'T KNOW WHY, BUT OBVIOUSLY THERE ARE REASONS WHY, CAN ANYBODY LISTED SOME PLEASE.

Run the pathping command from the Dublin VPN endpoint to the London VPN endpoint's IP, then the reverse. You should have few if any lost packets. If you do have many lost packets adjust the MTU size on the routers. Test with TCP Optimizer. Search google for "blackhole router"
