Can anybody tell me how I can find out if there is VPIM on a Call Pilot 2.01 ? I only have remote access via the web. Also I am fairly new to Call Pilot. Thanks

In early versions of CP 4.0 tNortel had an issue with the VPIM configuration. Even if you didn't purchase Networking you need to be able to set the VPIM for desktop users. Nortel has a fix for this, you might want to contact your vendor.
