We are trying to set up Desktop messaging with CP 04.04.04. Everything seems to be functioning correctly at this point. Our current problem is we can't seem to make 2 VPIM shortcuts work for 1 site. We have 4 local prefixes at our site, 2 that really use voice mail. In Message Network Config->Prime Location Properties, I have 2 VPIM shortcuts added for our site (1NPANxx format). If I look at my address book in Desktop messaging, all addresses come up with 1 prefix. Also, only the 1 shortcut works for logging into MyCallPilot, regardless of the actual prefix of that extension.
Am I doing something wrong, or am I missing something? Could it be a PBX programming issue?
