I am trying to network w/Unity mail in Cisco.

The problem I see is that the mail server is defined for the FQDN for desktop messaging. How can I change that FQDN to implement the Cisco destination witout effecting desktop messaging?

The FQDN is entered under "Messaging->Message Network Configuration->Server Properties" and should match the server name under "My Computer". IE - CallPilot.domain.com.

The Outgoing SMTP Mail/Proxy Server is configured under "Messaging->Message Delivery Configuration".

These should not be the same.

A new VPIM site can be created with the specific Server FQDN Under "Messaging->Message Network Configuration->Server Properties" for the Unity. Choose "New Server" under the existing site.

Good Luck,
Barnie
