Looking for help setting up voicemail networking using VPIM. Main site is BCM 400 4.0 with two remote branches on BCM 50 2.0. All sites are licensed with VPIM/AMIS and MCDN. Currently all three sites have their own voicemails, but customer wants to transfer and forward voicemails from main site to remote sites.

Main site is 31xx ext's, branch B is 32xx and branch C is 33xx. I have set up a network voicemail box 3220 at the main site for testing. Branch B has a local mailbox of 3220.

When you try to use company directory at main site or compose and send a message to 3220 from the main site, you get invalid mailbox.

I believe all my site prefixes are set correctly. I'm concerned this is a DNS issue.

Any thoughts or suggestions from successful implementations?
