vpath variable

Has anyone had any problems with the 'vpath' variable in Index Server 2.0?

I have the site searching for a string of text "black dog", and then when it returns, it finds things with "black dog", but the URL that is returned is "

http://www.myserver.com"

and then the actual url that it goes to is: "

http://www.myserver.com/samples/query.asp"

Has anyone had this problem, or is it even related to 'vpath' ? Does anyone know what might be the problem?
