Vpath: After reconfiguration 0 devices (0 disks * 8 slices)

After installing qla2300, IBM sdd driver, SAN - Storage TEK software SANsurfer cli & the appopriate patch on my server,

vpath does not see the assigned disk for the HBA.
Vpath: After reconfiguration 0 devices (0 disks * 8 slices)

When I ran cfg command, I get the following:

# cfgadm -al

When I ran the format command I don't see the additional disk.
