Voyager access issue

Hi, All of a sudden I can't seem to log into my voayger anymore. Got this error:
You are not configured for access from Voyager

I was able to login okay before so my account exist and worked, but not now, anyone have any ideas whats happening here at all?!?!? I'm confused....Thanks!!!

can you access the box via the CLI? if not it sounds like your access has been removed/lost in a policy update.
