Hi,

I have a problem when ringing an extn which is forwarded to VM, it does not go into the extn's mail box it just goes to the main message.

The Auto Attendant works fine and the VoxBox recognises the DTMF tomes ok from the Panasonic.

Any ideas?

Regards Gary.

1. What's a VoxBox?
2. Do you have Analogue integration and did you program the VoxBox for the digits the Panasonic is sending? Those digits are described in places like the programming manual for a TD system under program 113 and 114.

Generally, when you set up a non-Pana VM sysem, you set the port as DTMF VM port, and call into it from an extension to put the codes into it. It's pretty much a PITA, but most times, the VM will have an integration set.

Hi LkEErie,

there is a VM DTMF group setup and that is what the auto attendant uses. The Vox Box is an Oak product it is also called Panavox. I have created all the VM Boxes on the voicemail system but when you ring the vmail group number or one of the Analogue extn numbers you will just hear the main auto attendant message. i have attached a digit grabber onto one of the ports and the system doesnt seem to be sending any digits to the voicemail system.
