Hi all,
Not sure if this is the correct forum or not, but I was wondering if anyone has any experience of integrating an Oak Voxbox (or one of the re-brands; Titan etc) with an Avaya Index swicth?
So far, I have a problem whereby if the voxbox tries to make a call (say for example a transfer to an extension as part of an auto attendant plan) the original caller hears a burst of MF digits followed by dial tone, then NU. The call is actually placed to the other extension, but only one burst of ringing is allowed before the voxbox clears down again!
Also, I'm not sure if the Index call do in-band MF signalling so that tighter integration with the voxbox can happen?
Hopefully someone can give me a few pointers, or share their expereriences.
