Hey Everyone,

We have two new ESX servers clustered with teamed NICS dual connected to two switches. We we Vmotion the virtual machines from one ESX server to the other the NICS shutdown and the ESX server and vm's are inaccessible. We have tried unteaming the NICS and using active/passive (preferred path) but still have the same problem. I see that some of you have had problems with your NICS but I have not seen this problem. Any ideas?

That should read VMotion problem. sorry

Can you please post some more information. What server/models. Also, what are you using to "team" the NIC's. Are the NIC's Gigabit? Also, explaing the term "ESX servers clustered
