have a customer that is getting vonage on one line so employees
can make long distance calls on this line only.he has cics,w/7.0.
is there a quick and dirty way to install this.

Just hook it to an ATA.

Vonage provides dial tone (yes,over IP, but on a KSU the "IP" is irrellevant). Hook it up as a CO, and assign it as Public, or to a separate line pool and give your ext's access to that pool. Make sure you assign a pool code.
