VOLUNTARY i need for XML file

I need to read a XML file and loop it...
only a prob have a xml file with sensible and reserved data.
i need to send in private.

this is the first line for encoding:
xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?><?xml-stylesheet type="text/xsl"

I'm afraid I can't really make any sense of this question.

he needs someone to give him an email so he can send a confidential xml file to parse and give him the way to loop through it.

no need for it - OP only needs to learn how to parse a XML file - once that is done all files are done same way... and there are plenty of examples on the net.
