Volume Increase in Caller Apps

All,
I've noticed a slight change in play back from the recordings made on our caller apps.

The first few seconds of a played caller app is softer than the remaining. Any idea what is causing this and solution.

And this is on all caller app's ? How were they recorded?

Not only the caller app's but the recorded announcements also. It is hardly noticable. When I try listening to them through a digital set, it seems fine. But on IP phones if you listen closly you can hear a difference.
