is there such a thing in flash ? can i lower the volume of imported music files?

Do you mean like edit the sound wave's volume? Or allowing the user to adjust volume? Both are possible.

hi virt

RE:the pulltab e-mail

Don't know if you received what I sent you today. If you right-click on the tab, select edit-in-place, everything is there.

yeh dave i got it man thanks.. i don't know what it is my version of flash is a little buggy sometimes. right click and went to actions but for some reason they were not showing in the actions box. i knew they were in there just could not get them to pull up. got pissed and went to bed. woke up the next day opened up the file and there they were smiling at me. i sware sometimes this computer has a mind of it's on. sorry for stressing you like that. all your help was much appreciated,
thanks again

hey blended!!!!! what's up with the volume control.you gona share some secrets?

Haven't done it in flash yet. Director's a snap to do this stuff in (you get 8 tracks of audio at your command and a host of "easy" ways to control them). Yeah, it can be done. $45 US is a deal to get Flash 5 Magic. It's all in there.
