Yep!
There is no way you can do it on the phone...
Instead do this:
1. Take a 2030/2050 phone.
2. Adjust the ringer volume/type
3. Read the cfg.
4. On the 2030/2050 user you have adjusted, find the shortcodes folder.
5. In shortcodes you will find something called "Ringer"
6. Make an exact copy of this shortcode on the 2010-user.
7. Merge
8. Voila!!
