Hi to All...
I need technical Support help in this Problem...
We are the Baud Telecom Company, the Nortel Partner in Jordan Works the Jordan Post Project, which use a VOIP trunk to establish communications betwwen a BCM Systems Connected in each branch Offices Side.
the Problem appear in just one side:-
When the Call is received from the Public network (pstn) and the employee who answer this call want's to transferthis call to other officer in other branches (F70) THROUGH VOIP trunk, the customer on the call can't hear the officer voice(call transferred), while the officer hear his voice, note that we used H.323 Protocol.
can any help to this Issues?
