try to connect cs1000 rls4
to BCM USING H323 protocol. all nedded progrmm done.
DSC is 3 with flen 3, when i dialed 320 on BCM it keep silent.trace it and get :

when test the root ,h323 in NRS ,it`s success and registerd.
 
NRS, can you simulate the call on the NRS? Do you have a CDP entry in the NRS point to the BCM?

Try pinging the BCM from the VGMC card if you have the above. Also if you made IP changes, then DIS and ENL the Virtual DCH.
