I just added 2 VOIP trunks to 1 of my 60 systems and rebooted it, but when I try to use them line 2 always gives a busy and says no Free Lines. I checked all the programing and they are both the same. anyone else ever hsve this problem.

Make sure they are in the same pool group (poolC) for example and that they are the only trunks in that poolgroup. also make sure your Ip route has correct address to route to.

There both in the same route, both programmed the same way and 1 works the other doesn't.

I Lic for 2 VOIP Trunks, it shows in the Keycodes that I have 2 VOIP. Active VOIP Trunks shows 2. BCM Monitor shows 2 Available and when I access the 1st one it shows 1 Available but when I try to access the 2nd one Display Say's "No Trunks Available" and get a busy. I had this happen about 6 months ago with 4 VOIP Keycode where now of the 4 worked, but never just 1.

Is there something available at the other side? If there are no VoIP trunks there, the trunk won't establish on your side and you'll get a no free condition.

I have 60 site's and this is the only one I'm having a problem with.
