Anyone know what cisco exams for voip are? And how many exams are there and what are the exam numbers so I can do a search on the internet to find out more? Just want to get certify as a first step to get into the VOIP arena. I know there is some for voip administration and stuff. Also seems like Cisco call manager is very related to voip. Can I get a pdf and learn about that also. And what is the procedure to get certify with Call manager? Thanks for replying.
