Hello all

I have setup IP trunking between my two sites (Definity switches). The WAN portion is going through a pair of Cisco 3550's with a 10Mb link. I am using LLQ for QoS. I have set a service policy and will apply this to my VLAN interface.. well getting to the question is it necessary for me to implement fragmentation and interleaving? Also when setting my priority queue in LLQ what bandwidth does VoIP traffic require? I do have 10Mb but it will ahve to contend with other traffic. Is there a formula for calculating how much bandwidth and the duration of a single call what it requires. THX................

For VoIp bandwidth calculations refer to the link below.

Depending what exact link I would not suggest you dont imploment frag/interleave on links over 2 mb, It can become a real bottle neck.
