The company that I work for is relatively new to the VoIP world. We are currently running an IP enabled Definity
G3si running v 9.5. Our Clan card is set to 10 half and the medpro board is set to 100 full. We are using inline connectivity with the pc. We are using a Nortel 8600 layer 3 switch. I've been working with our WAN group to resolve the QoS issues that we've been experiencing. The voice quality is excellent until you use network resources on the pc. The conversation becomes quite warbled. My question is, how is QoS resolved at the desktop end. In other words what on the desktop side decides which gets priority?
