How do i activate Name display for "internal" calls accross VOIP gateways. all i get now is the Recvd # I would like the set Name aswell

BCM 400 4.0 to BCM 50 2.0 Network.

You need to have MCDN keycode and the business name field on the switch needs to be populated.

When you populate the business name, you have 8 characters to work with.

I try to enter a name that allows me to add a space as one of the characters at the end so when the called DN sees the display, there is a space between the business name and set name making it a little easier for the customer to instantly identify the caller.

thanks for the help, is there no way of sending the Dn name insted of business name... just curious..

The DN name will populate after the business name. This is why Crowtalks suggested putting a space after the business name.

thats strange at first it was sending the OLI along with the business name now it has correncted itself and is sending the dn name insead.
