VOIP Trunk question

Site A has a BCM400 4.0 with 2 VOIP trunks and site B has a BCM50 with 2 VOIP trunks. When a call comes into site A and they transfer via the VOIP trunks to site B, does the call busy a VOIP trunk at site A and site B for the duration of the call?
