I got a license for 2 VoIP GW trunks. I applied the keycode, but the trunks don't show up under active VoIP lines. Any ideas why?

Easier way is to reboot the bcm but if you prefer not rebooting, go under "administration"- and in the first menu option, open service manager, look for "feps" and restart it.
Go back in "voip trunks" and you will see them.

Thanks, that worked! What exactly does feps control? VoIP lines?

Don't know all that it controls but know for sure that it reset the voip trunks. So if you have voip trunk locked(because some patches are not applied...) the temporary fix is to restart the feps service, better then rebooting the whole bcm specially if you have ip sets.
