My company is sending me to Nortel in Richardson for training on VoIP. Anyone take this course yet? If so, how was it? And how was the test? Just curious.....

I took it via Global Knowledge at one time. If it is the same course, very good information. Testing must not have been too bad since I passed.

Good information for doing BCM and Seccession products.

I just took a VoIP test from them. Did the course on CD and found that the test had a lot of "extra features" on it that were not covered in the course I had. The course was good, test not so good. It was 801- something
