I am looking for a document in the NTPs but cannot find!

It is for QOS testing?
The "Data Networking" NTP has details on Proactive Voice Quality Management - i.e. gathering statistics on packet loss, jitter, latency and R-value from IP Phones, viewing the results on the CS 1000, and alternatively generating alarms when QoS parameters are exceeded.
