VoIP testers

Does anyone know if the Fluke NetTool Inline Network Tester is worth buying? We have been running VoIP for a month now and I have one 4620 phone that drops a call every once in awhile. I really don't have to tools to see if there are jitters on the network. I want a tool that I can monitor VoIP traffic and check for collisions.

Check EtherReal or Observer and other sniffer software.
