VoIP Test Equipment

We are currently looking for a VoIP test equipment and getting some presentations from Sage Instruments. I am wondering on what test equipments do you guys use for VoIP? We are looking on someting that will check on echo, call disconnects, etc, voice traffic etc. We currently have Ethereal but doesnt really tell a lot.

Have seen the "NetIQ Chariot" VoIP Assessor product in action and was quite impressed. Used to troubleshoot some 1st generation (8 and 24 port) ITG trunk card issues. Standard QOS, jitter, latency, echo cancellation tools. Not sure how it is priced, but worth a look!
