I'm wondering what type of VoIP system people use for their businesses. I'm looking to purchase a system for my own office (size is ~30 employees), and we tend to make a lot of calls out of country. I've had a colleague recommend me this brand, but I wanted to explore more options before I made a choice. Which ones do you use, and what do you like or not like about it? Thanks in advance!

I'm a bit biased, as I install and work for companies that sell these systems, but I especially like Avaya CM (which is a bit pricey for smaller groups) and then the IP Office -- perfect for anyone 5-100 phones. It's cheap, full of features, and supports most any feature you could ask for. A lot of third party companies also offer software to extend the abilities of IP Office.

Oh I've never heard of that before, but I'll definitely check that one out! Thanks for your input :)

there are several threads on here about the same thing.

I'd personally recommend Verticals Wave for your size, but there are plenty of other options out there.
